Chairman of the Board of the LATVIAN DAIRY COMMITTEE.

A graduate of Latvian Academy of Agriculture, Faculty of Food Industry. From 1984 held senior positions in various industrial enterprises. In 2005 became a member of the Board of directors in joint-stock company "Limbažu piens", and member of the board of "Rīgas piena kombināts". Has been a Chairman of the Board of LATVIAN DAIRY COMMITTEE since 2009.
