Cream

Usually it is called whipped cream, because when it is whipped, it reminds of airy foam. It is used in cakes, desserts, a cream topping on coffee, whipped cream with berries, fruit, ice cream, and even in main dishes, for example, sauces and stews. Nobody knows, who discovered the cream, however, it is very popular in Europe, and every pastry shop has its own treats that include the cooking cream.

Cream is made of concentrated milk fats. Cream is separated from milk by centrifuging and milk fat content is from 10 to 40%. Cream includes protein and carbohydrates, as well as vitamins A and D. Cream is used in production of different milk products, for example, yoghurts, cream cheese, curd, and ice cream.
